Code of Conduct
By applying, I agree to:
- Care well for my rabbits. I think we all know what this means!
- Breed responsibly and deal honestly. We work to improve the breed, and represent our rabbits and pedigrees truthfully.
- Go to people directly first. When we have a concern about another breeder, we bring it to them directly before going public. It’s about solving things person-to-person, not secrecy.
- Build the community up. We support fellow breeders and newcomers, and learn together. None of us started as experts.
We’re a supportive, learning-focused community, and we’d always rather coach and encourage a member than turn them away. Membership is reviewed and offered at the club’s discretion. A pattern of serious, unresolved concerns or conflicts may lead the club to step in and, if needed, decline or end a membership.
Membership, and a place in our directory, means a breeder has joined and agreed to this Code of Conduct. It is not the club’s endorsement or guarantee of any individual breeder, their animals, or their practices.
